I loved that my superior double room had a small balcony. it added so much charm. the bed was comfortable, and i found the shower pressure to be strong. This made mornings more pleasant. the room also had good soundproofing from the outside street noise. the hotel's proximity to the gare du nord was also very convenient.

The tv had some channels stuck in a foreign language. I could not change them to english. this was slightly inconvenient.

The location was divine. I found many charming restaurants nearby. the staff was like old friends, always ready with a smile. i particularly loved how clean my room was each day, like a fresh canvas, it. the bed was soft, i slept so well.

the elevator felt a little slow.

the staff were indeed very friendly. i appreciated the clean rooms and the effective air conditioning during warm weather. the breakfast buffet was fresh.

the area felt a bit rough, it made me slightly uneasy. the signal in my room wasn't very good. i could hear other guests walking past my door which was not very peaceful.

The staff were helpful throughout my stay. Rooms were clean and fresh. The reception staff was lovely and helpful (they answered all my questions).

The room was very small. There was no space to open the luggage on the floor. The lift only worked from the first floor, so i had to carry my luggage up.

Lovely Stay Near the Stations

I stayed with my children and the hotel was fantastic. It was quite near the train stations. Downtown was an easy walk. Our seventh-floor room revealed a beautiful view. The staff was friendly. The room was renovated and very clean. I will stay again.
